I agree and I was telling a friend on the phone earlier that if we win all of our division games and then win 2 -4 more on top of those we could win our division and be in the Wildcard game. I am being totally optamistic and love the schedule as it will show how we stand up to the competition.

Do you actually think we wanna hear such negative comments after the horrid season we had last year? We have made some serious upgrades to the Offense and added a couple players to our Defense and the draft will help out even more and you still think we will be 0 – 16? Are you kidding me? The NFL Network has Carl Petersen on to talk about the AFC West!He is saying he wishes the Raiders the best and hoping the Chiefs can survive it. GOD I HATE THAT GUY!!!!!! He wouldn’t make a pick but he didn’t mention the Donks and he basically praised the Faiders, I think that a$$ is gonna try to get in with our damn enemy guys and gals! I think our schedule is awsome, we will know where we stand with the leagues upper teams and if we don’t know that how can we prepare for it. If we have atleast a 8 – 8 year it could mean a Division title after what we witnessed last year.

If we do our OL with the first pick, I say we draft Monroe and put him at LT and move Albert to RT as we now have Goff at RG and Waters at LG so I think we are just fine if we go that way. If not go DE and take Brown at DE. For as long as I can remember we have always had a RT issue, pluggin guys in because we hadthe solid line work of a LT ,LG, RG but the RT was usually someone we would just rotate in and out, basically because we have TG to stick over there when needed. Would be nice to have solid guys on both ends for a change.

Actually, that would depend on wether or not the value of the available pick is better at Off or Def when our turn comes up. It has been thought we may take Brown at DE but Jason Smith has also been thrown in the mix. Personally I don’t think it would be a bad idea to take a OL for our number one pick since other teams will be doing so. Once those good OL guys are gone then everyone starts to pick them and yes if we were to follow the Carl Petersen method of thinking we would take a Def need but Pioli is a guy that does things much different.CP would wait to take OL because he feels that there are no values at that position in the first round , I feel differently and actually think if we secure our OL early , we can get a Defensive guy later. However we feel , Pioli will do what he must so it is best for the Team (Chiefs).

With the pick up of Goff for our OL I think we will pick Defensive but hard to say who they will pick. Everyone that has a tv spot or magazine article to print is picking differently for us but the bottom line is we know who we have already and the look of the Chiefs is up at this moment IMO. If they don’t use the draft at all and we go with the players we have we are way better on paper this year than last by a long shot so who ever we pick up is gonna make us that much better. I can’t wait for the season to start
