Can we please start a Cyanide and Happiness thread for Aussie? 😆 Seriously!
Colquitt is not just 1 of the top 5 players on this team. I would go as far as that when hes healthy? He is in the top 3 punters in the league. Not only that hes left footed which puts an opposite spin on the ball. Punting is in his blood since his dad was also a good punter in the league as well. Colquitt was not the problem yesterday and has not been the problem in the past. Its the coverage that has sucked. I cant remember how many times Colquitt has had to make a last ditch effort to stop a TD regardless how far he punts it.

There prob wont be any since the founding fathers had an idea and a plan. This plan has gone to sh!t since then and now there is no turning back since all of our politicians have the same agenda. This economy is screwed for the next several if not 10 years. They want to bail out the people that screwed the economy in the first place. Now they are having parties, smoking 100$ cigars, drinking high dolar wine, and STILL getting their bonuses and salary raises! This Gov sucks a$$ and the bail out plan is going to fail!
If they wanted it to win? They should have REQUIRED and FORCED the mortgage and credit card companies to lower the rates for everyone below 10% for EVERYONE! That would mean more money in everyones pocket that would be spent in the economy.
No I will be the cold hard American that tells mexico and all the sweat shop Nations to give our damned jobs back! We need to take care of America before we take care of the world minus a tragedy!

I cant afford to show up with all the Chiefs Crowed at Arrowhead! Now I have to worry if im going to have to live off soup asnd beer! If I cant afford the soup then I will just have to live off the beer! 😆
Yep they did since both dont give a damned about us regular folks. They make ATLEAST twice as much as most of us and aslong as they are able to collect their checks with a ABSENT vote then they are happy. What would happen if we only showed up 75% of the time at work? They both really are not even close to being in touch with the average American!

Our Leadership is infallible; THEY ARE GENIUSES! DON’T YOU SEE THE LIGHT?!?!?IT’S NOT “CORPORATE WELFARE”; IT’S LENDING A HELPING HAND TO THOSE BRAVE AMERICAN INSTITUTIONS THAT GRACIOUSLY ALLOW PEONS LIKE YOU AND I TO DRAW AIR ON A DAILY BASIS!!!
ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!
10 MORE YEARS!
10 MORE YEARS!
10 MORE YEARS!
10 MORE YEARS!:bananen_smilies046::bananen_smilies046:
10 MORE YEARS?
Are we talking about CP’s next contract? I thought we would have just 4 or 8 years! 😆 I agree with you though the financial institutions that are in trouble just alowwed every tom, dick and harry to walk through the door! They were thinking that they would make more off selling a house 2-3 times over rather than making a fair deal to the first buyer.Darth CarlSatan;103408 wrote:I wasn’t really sure. But now that I know what you’re saying, I will counter by saying that I see Civil Unrest ONE way, if in fact it comes to pass.Let’s be clear; I’m not talking protests when the votes are tallied, I’m talking about the economy getting worse and worse under further Republican “leadership”.
And at that point, “unrest” will be a VERY polite descriptive.I tuely dont see either canidate fixing our economy anytime soon. Not until they get the idea outta their head that bailing out the financial institutions that made people feel like they can afford houses they couldnt. Untill they decide to force the financial institutions and credit card companies to lower their interests rates to a workable figure then they can give out all the stimulous checks they want! its not going to make a diffrence. They are bailing out institutions that have already made bilions and billions of $’s off of the American public. Yet, they want to give us a 600$ stimulos check and say thats fair! 😆 woohoo! 2 thumbs up for our government!:bananen_smilies046:
It dont matter what happens. Its going to be a battle till the end. There will be several states this year, i project, that will be another Florida. I think several states will be to close to call and have to have hand counting of ballots. Im not going to bother to give out my closer affiliation since I vote for the lesser of 2 evils and not for the man or woman. I agree though, it could get into civil unrest on this one even if the comment was said tongue in cheek or not.

Waters said that Lj and the O-line wasnt on same page. LJ wasnt hitting holes that they opened and the O-line wasnt opening the holes where LJ was supposed to be. It sounded like there was chaos going on with them. I for 1 hope they r on same page now.

You pay the guy to run, give him the ball more than 12 times. I am tired of seeing Jamal Charles. The other teams have figured him out and he is nothing special. You “WAS” on his side? 😆 j/k

You got some insider info? I guess you’re the man I need to be asking about any Chief concerns I may have. Maybe you should educate us on how the NFL works – fella.
I’ve never seen someone so positive about somebody be so negative.
LJ got his 200 yards, 1st in almost 3 years. I’m happy for him, but i’m not gonna kiss his a$$ and praise him as the greatest player to ever put on a Chiefs uniform.Im wondering if Big Daddy isnt LJ incognito! 😆

You are ungreatful, hatefull and stubborn. YOU make Chiefs fans look really bad. LJ has always caught balls until this year and his blocking was questioned by Jason Whitlock after the Cowboys game in 2006 and ever since then, people have said this. Hes as good as most backs on pass blocking. Thats not why he gets paid the big bucks anyway. Its because hes a machine in the running game and as soon as our line and game plan came together he showed it. FU. GO LJ!!Fortunately, I know my opinion doesnt have anything to do with :fatlock: I have seen (watching games) LJ drop alot of passes, but he seems to have gotten better. Blocking at 1 time was a concern and something he needed to work at. His coaches even publicly even said so regardless of what they thought about him. Also, you need to get it straight….A RB gets paid the big bucks to be able to be a multiple ability player. Just as a O-lineman. He cant just pass block or vice versa. A QB get paid to do basically 1 thing. A RB has to be able to run, catch and block. Thats what he gets paid for and paid very well now. I think most people are just saying this year is now for him to step up and prove he is the all around player he is being paid to be.

Alot of people said trade. They said, he got his money and is done. They said, JC and Kolby are better. They said, he ran half-assed. I said, hes always ran like that until he found his hole. I said, the line and play calling was not benefitting him. I said, How dare you talk about a guy that sacrificed his whole body for an NFL record 420 carries in one season. Im glad I was right and so are you.On a more positive note: GO CHIEFS!!
Im glad he did very well! Im glad we were able to ride him to a victory. Saying that, yes, I was saying trade LJ. Not because I felt he was a bad player. I didnt know how he would recover from the injury, and honestly? Still dont. What I was saying about trading him is lets get something of value for him if we are really rebuilding. Players to fill holes for this year and the ones probable for next or a couple high draft picks. For 1, I think he is a very good player and has the potential to be a GREAT player. Although I will say this….He has proven that he can be a distraction by his attitude from time to time. Think back a week or so ago. He was yelling since the team didnt want him to carry the ball another 420 times. I still say trade him but im not mad for us still having him.

I thought it was sorta anti-climatic and very predictive. You could almost foresee what was going to be said next and it didnt sound to personable to the voters. Although, I dont think he coulda topped Palins speech from the night before. So, I wasnt really impressed but i think he probably did about as well as he could. Maybe he and Palin should trade speech writers? 😆 Although, you have to remember also that McCain is a career politician that has gotten used to saying what the voters want and has forgotten how to be as personable as others. Palin has just gotten into mainstream politics so she is still more indicitive to the average family.
