Insane finish!! Gonna be a fun season.
We’re gonna be cutting a good WR as is with Remiggio, Toney, Sky Moore, Justyn Ross, and Hardman already on the block. If we sign Juju, two of the above names would be out.

I’m not overly concerned about losing the game against the Lions, but I am concerned about our WR corp. Without Kelce, they look pedestrian at best. Starting off 0-2 would be a horrible way to start the season, so lets hope Kelce is ready by next week.
bwilliams requested that I delete his account. I’m such a nice guy that I will oblige his request. What is that sound I hear??

Agreed, don’t want to change coaches. Unless we could have cowher

It was diffiicult to trade down because of the money demands associated with a Top 5 pick. Once the new CBA is completed and a rookie pay scale is put into place, then those top picks will be very valuable once again.
If our draft picks this year are as poor as you believe, then we will again have a top 5 pick and it will be much easier to trade down.I think this year’s class is the best draft class I’ve seen for the Chiefs in recent history. I think the Chiefs used a “Best Player Available” strategy this year vs. “Position of need” strategy that they used last year.
We got some serious playmakers in the draft this year.I think we added a lot of talent with the draft. What we didn’t do is fill holes through free agency. I think that was partly due to the unknowns around the CBA.
This thread is over 1 year old. By all accounts Matt Cassel has been extremely sharp so far(less than 1 week.)

12/25/2009 at 7:52 pm in reply to: ChiefsCrowd.com Article : My Take On Haley Giving The Bird To A Chiefs Fan #917028I’m not really sure if I blame/care that Haley flew someone the bird. In the heat of the moment, with people screaming obscenities at him, he was probably pissed. Is he supposed to lower his head and walk off the field?? Maybe, but I think I’d prefer a coach that doesn’t get punched in the mouth and then run the other way.
It might piss me off if I was the fan that he was flying the finger to. But I’m prety sure it wouldn’t happen because I wouldn’t be screaming obscenities at the coach and boo’ing my favorite team.I’m sure that many people disagree with me, and that’s your right. Just my thoughts on the issue.
If someone flips me the bird, I promise you that they get a response. He probably did something similar.
I personally just have a problem with fans boo’ing their own team. If you don’t like it, stay home like many fans are currently doing. These guys want to win. They don’t need their “fans” rooting against them as well.
If you are the “fan” boo’ing my Chiefs, then
, stay home.LJ had a good game because they finally ran him outside the tackles. When they ran him up the gut, it was the same old thing. It’s not his fault that the OL isn’t blocking that well.
Overall, I thought he had a good game and gave a good effort. I am still annoyed by all of the run up the gut play calling when the game is on the line.

Who cares if it was against the Chiefs. You guys shouldn’t hang you heads too low. This should give you some hope that you can beat someone this season. You still have winnable games against the Raiders and Browns.
Look at the bright side, you got to see a game versus the Dallas Cowboys. How often does that happen for the Chiefs?
How ’bout them Cowboys, baby!
If you are hear to gloat or start fights, then get lost or I will make it happen for you.

Just because he understands someone else’s frustration, doesn’t mean he shares the same viewpoints.
