I was there a couple months ago Chiefster. You will land on your feet brother. As for the call center I sell for, our primary focus is on answering after hours for medical offices (I’m selling the service, not answering the phones)….but we also work remote reception or outsourced customer service for a number of non-medical businesses. It is really a great business, and ALL of the team members work here in Arizona. So none of this overseas operator crap!!!
As for the “Microsoft” question, no we don’t answer for Microsoft. (Yet…you have contacts for me?)
