Actually we rented out a studio office space for 200 a month. It was very small, but just enough space for the equipment and a couch. The only thing that we didnt have was a booth. but it actually came out pretty good. We recorded on pro tools.

Thats all good. Truely speaking on sound booths, I don’t have one and I have yet to have outside noise bleed into any recordings I do. The easiest way to avoid that is to have all the instruments going through headphones , with exception to the drums. Unless your using a drum or rythm machine for your beat, that is the best way I have found to do it. I would like to hear a track from the Vd if you can provide one, I am not into hip hop but I am interested in hearing the quality of your mix.

True, the XFL was the first to use that camera system, if I’m not mistaken.

Your not mistaken. The WWE uses the same system when they are doing their live tv shows and Vince simply transformed it to the football field. Without that we would still be used to the same old football we had prior to the XFL. Not saying it had everything to do with footballs translation to HD tv but it does provide angles and views never seen before it was implimented.

Hey gang, late comer but would throw in here.

For my day job, I am a solution architect. I build business applications. My expertise focuses in the areas of education and medical applications and I have done a few.

In the evenings I play in a number of bands. I am a bass player and have a studio in my home. I do not record anyone but myself, but I have a lot of gear to do it with. Here in Southern California, you can’t throw a rock without hitting a studio so I just don’t want to deal with it.

I do play in a number of bands and I play just about every weekend, usually all weekend.

Will you write me a song?

It doesn’t have to be like a love ballad or anything.

Make it sound like Sultans of Swing please.

    Thanks.

There are actually quite a few good looking and interesting jobs in the KC area. I have been watching lately as I really want to move back there in the next year or two. Unfortunately, now is not the time to be looking for a job.

California is having it a lot worse than the rest of the country. We are over 10% unemployment right now. One job I was told had 5,000 applicants for it. That is just crazy.
