Hey, not one thing in the world wrong with it my friend!

    Good for you! :bananen_smilies046:

My son is going into business administration. His dream is to build a new minor league football system.

Not to be a tweed but isn’t the Arena football league the same as a Minor league for football? I know there are differences but it is a pro league of sorts.

Yup, but he’s a young man with a dream, and I’ve never been a parent that ever told his kids that they couldn’t do something constructive.

Congratulations Dave! Sounds like you have an interesting job. Any plans for once you retire?

Travel around this great country and sleep in if I want to or just play on the computer. I have no plans to do anything other than what I want to. I will build some things out of wood because I like woodworking do some bowling and geocaching. I might go up to Colorado or Montana in July and Aug to get away from the Texas heat but you better believe I will be back in Texas it the first frost. I was planning on retiring this year but the down turn in the markets has delayed that for 18 months but I am prepared for May 1, 2011 then no matter what the market does.

Just found this thread. kinda late it looks like. Anyway, I run an automotive shop, Do ring anouncing for MMA and boxing events and just finished my first 6 months of night school (journalism.) About 2 years ago I put out an undergbround hip hop album and still do some music stuff in my free time.

How did you do the hip hop recording? Do you have a studio you use or do you have stuff in the PC?
It amazes me that people are producing Cds outta their homes that sound decent. It took me about 7 years to get all of the gear I needed to do it right but I also do recordings for other bands as well. I just aquired the Presonus firestudio 10 with the HP4 headphone/monitor Hub and it does some amazing stuff.

Sounds excellent Dave. Hope you have some great adventures, and plenty of lazy days in your retirement. :bananen_smilies046:

You might laugh but I’m in the Nursing Program to be honest with you.

My wife is an RN you will never be out of a job as long as you keep clean. She has several male nurses working for her in the PACU (recovery room). PACU is a good area if you get in a hospital that does not have emergency very few operations in the middle of the night at them so no PACU in the middle of the night.

Hey, I am not saying he can’t or shouldn’t try to do it, he might get the job done. Vince McMahon tried with the XFL and it was ok until they had The Rock come out there and do a Lets get ready to rumble, one great thing came from it though. The camera system they used in the XFL was a Vinny Mac invention so when you see the camera above the field on the wires you can think of the XFL everytime.

True, the XFL was the first to use that camera system, if I’m not mistaken.

You might want to quote for the purpose of not confusing people here on the forums. :bananen_smilies046:
