In looking at our 2009/10 Kansas City Chiefs team…if you could pick one Chiefs player from the any time in the past to add to our current team who would it be and why?

DT DUH!

We would have the best pass rush in the NFL and probably have the best D.

It would have to be DT. With Jackson on the LE it would be like DT and Neal Smith.

Hey, we all know that DT will be the one everyone (or most) are gonna pick, how about we post what player you would want besides DT. I dont need to read 42 different posts that Say Derrick Thomas over and over!!

Buck Buchannon
Willie Lanier
Jim Lynch

I would take anyone of those guys.

Incidentally they were ranked the #4 linbacking corps of all time by NFL network, so maybe the decision isnt as easy as you think.

Thanks Canada! I actually should of put that in my post. I KNOW a lot of us would say D.T. I know he’d be at the top of my list as well.

I would LOVE to say Len Dawson but I guess after having signed a franchise qb to such a big contract there would be better holes to fill like with the aforementioned DT, Will Shields, Buck Buchanan, and OTIS TAYLOR!

How about we get Priest Holmes back in the condition he was in the first few years with us before his injury problems. That way we’ll have him through the 2011 season which by then we’ll REALLY be a powerhouse of a team again!
