Normally if a NFL coach isn’t sure he’ll just say something like We’ll see
So maybe things are not as bad as feared only time will tell

As I said that was before Reid got an update during half time but the dr that saying this is speculating but what happing on the field so there’s a chance he could be wrong but there only one reason why your knee cap would pop out of place.
