Hello. New to the boards but I have been a Chiefs fan for quite awhile. As you can tell by my board name Ed Podolack was and still is my all time favorite KC Chiefs player. To me Ed embodied a blue collar type athleticism that is so rare to find in the NFL anymore. The guy was a real grinder back in the heyday of the NFL. I was so disappointed when the Chiefs lost that Championship game to the Miami Dolphins…mostly for Ed and the whole team. Ed just ran his heart out.
Anyway…I orginally grew up in Indiana and now live in Wichita, KS. I work for a major aircraft manufacturer and I have 2 grown sons. Some of my favorite things besides Chiefs football is good food, good fun and a good hockey game. I am also a rabid hockey fan.
I am excited for the upcoming Chiefs season with hiring of a new coach and a new GM. Hopefully the Chiefs will be able to win a SuperBowl and get Tony G a ring. Go Chiefs!!!!!!
