Does it really work? I know it costs an a$$ load of money to complete but if it works and people can keep it off that would be worth the money.

Thats cool. The food they show looks really good but they magnify the size of the portion so it looks like a butt load of food to eat. I doubt I would be able to stay on track with them beng so small, would take 2 or 3 to fill me up LOL!

My Step father and I used Nutri – System for about 6 months. He and I both lost 30 pounds. It does work really well but the first few days are terrible getting used to smaller portions and food that is a bit bland.
