I did not send a PM to anybody over anything in this thread.
I did not give out any form of Moderation. I simply made it known where the rules are, and asked that we watch our steps, so as to avoid any having to deal with it as a Mod.
And the response has been good.
Everybody stepped back across the line, avoiding all Mod action.
And man is it ever good to avoid that. You should hear how much whining and crying goes on when something actually does get moderated.😆
Not everybody has to be the kind of fan that you think they should be.
But, so long as you keep things within the rules, enjoy trying to humiliate your fellow Chiefs fans.

I often wonder in my drunken state of mind if it is a goal of one mod in particular to intentionally try to run people off of this site. There are 3 mods that I know of and one always has his hand in the mix to stir the pot. The other two rarely have much involvement and when they do it is short and to the point. Weird…….
I can see this thing getting locked shortly. Look, there are 4 users throwing bombs and who are clearly fans of the Pink State teams. How about we simply ignore their posts? Why let their hate move us off a really cool Chiefs forum? They are clearly titillated by the negative responses. Whether they’re trolls or not, don’t let them win by leaving. Just ignore them. They will crawl back under the Bay Bridge and Coronado Bridge if we simply ignore them.
I have put the chief culprit on my ignore list. Now I can’t even see his posts. If we all do that he won’t bother anyone anymore. And no one has to leave.

I am not saying that we only because of these things.
I am saying that we were fortunate that those things happened, and that things MAY NOT have worked out so well for us, with different circumstances, as they MAY NOT, with this season’s circumstance
The problem with this argument is games are not played on paper for a reason. Again ask any GM or coach or anyone who knows football they will tell you theres no cake walks in the NFL. Under your mindset (that I doubt you would have if you didn’t happen to disagree with how this team was going about things) The Saints were a weak team because they couldn’t beat the team from the worst divison in football.
Oh and why does this who weak schedule thing come up only AFTER this team goes out and wins the division? I’m done with this whole argument this team is building the same way a lot of teams have won SUPER BOWLS (as in more then 1) The pats, the Stellers, Packers (who won last year) It’s not how you want i no GET OVER IT AND CHEER THIS TEAM OR GO BE A REDSKINS FAN. :ninerssuck:
Lets move on to better things, I love a spirited debate, I think all should remember it is just that. I will point out, that no member made any reports or complaints to the Mods about any comments in this thread. Just saying, so go forth and post in other threads, because this one is done.

Actually, I would have to go back a totally reread the thread, because I am sure it is more than 2 or 3! It just pisses me off when a newbie is attack, who is just that, a newbie. But some time a thread gets to out of hand. Comments are made with no thought to reaction. That is when a Mod must cool the thread.

That “newbie” has been a member since 2009. I am sure that when he posted the sh!t he posted, he expected some backlash. I also think he likes the backlash or he would not have been so happy to keep the thread going.
