    Well, we just got back from Wal-Mart to get supplies to last until Friday (Payday), we needed to get milk before it went to 6-10 dollars/gal. Spent 129.21 and barely filled the bottom of the shopping cart, but we’re blessed to have a little bit of money left in the checking account heading into the new year. We’ll be spending New Years safe and sound at home with just the family with some good food. As bleak as things are heading into the next year we are blessed.

    same here. its snowing tonite anyway so we stay home. and we also blowed 128 bucks on chow at hy-vee.

    We are blessed as well. Having pulled pork sandwiches and a few friends and family over to bring in the new year. Later a few fireworks and saying goodbye to 2012, May have a hard cider or two to help forget the last 1/4 of the year!:) Happy New Year Chiefs Crowd!! God bless one and all.

    Happy New Years all. 2012 ended with a nasty bug running ramped thru the Tornadospotter family. Today I finally feel like I will live. So I guess that means 2013, is starting better than 2012 ended.:wheelchair:
