Member::This subject is the ONLY thing they are talking about on the sports talk radio here. There is more to this cops past if you haven’t heard. He also took one woman to jail previously for traffic violations. Something like no reg. sticker and no proof of insurance. All in all 5 charges-4 of which were later dropped. BUT COME ON NOW…TO TAKE HER TO JAIL??? This guy obviously has a problem with holding a position of authority!! It is REALLY sad. Yes, the cops have to be careful…but they are also here to S E R V E the public. NOT ABUSE THEM

Member::So just let them go ahead and run red lights, don’t need to sticker your car, no proof of insurance. I have not watched the video, nor do I know the cop but the fact is if these people obeyed the law then there would not have been a problem in the first place. I think way too many people are too quick to say the cop are always wrong. Don’t speed, stop for red lights, insure your vehicle and there will not be any problems.

Exactly!
I didn’t have a problem with the cop until the hospital security came out and confirmed Moats was telling the truth, and he was needed immediatly. The cop could have let Moats go inside, he could have mailed him the freaking ticket. The cop seemed to be purposly deliberate.

When a nurse came out and told the cop that Moats mother-in-law was really dying, he should have let Moats go right then.
