I think the only stipulation is that you cannot in any way be affiliated with KCC Contests Incorporated.

The rule is only one win PER CONTEST. So far AkChief49 has been a winner in 2 contests. The guy is on a roll.

In the last week VG and I have given out a total of $170,000 in Arrow Cash to 3 people.
