Look at this guy’s first post. He did not come here to “discuss football” as he lied about in a later post. He came to deliberately try to irritate us and start fights. Saying we should hold our heads high because we have TWO games left on our schedule that we can win? Saying How bout them Cowboys?

He’s as classless as the Cowgirls. And yeah probably is a troll anyway. Hopefully he’ll do what he said and be leaving in a short time. But sadly, he probably lied when he said that too.

Well when the Cowgirls get DEMOLISHED by the Falcons in their next game, then he’ll be gone.

Even this title of his thread “Go Cowboys” was insulting to come here and do. If he was coming in good friendly intentions he would have said, “Good game guys”.

Glad everyone here can see that he’s nothing but a jerk who stopped short of violating rules so that he could remain here to gloat, stir up trouble, and get on Chiefs fans nerves.

But yeah how ridiculous for a Cowgirls fan to gloat anyway! If he was an honest Dallas fan he’d be like wow the Cowboys played another rotten game. Instead he says how bout them Cowboys?? HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

in reply to: Aged Threads #888678

I think it’s nice to have the old threads still here. Yes it’s fun to sometimes look at what was said in past times. And with the search engine feature here it makes it useful to look for threads and posts of particular subjects. And cuts down on repetitive posts going over ground already covered.

I can see how someone replying to a thread that was last posted in months or years ago could cause a bit of confusion to some thinking it’s a current running thread, but there is the date at the top of each post. And also kind of fun to see an old thread suddenly referenced to the Crowd again, IMO. :)

Hey SnakeIze!! Thanks for missing me and, thus, making my day! :)

in reply to: Chiefs 2009 NFL Schedule #879612

Chiefs win 51-0 in week 3 on September 27th.

Chiefs also win in Washington. They’ve always owned them. I think something like 7-1 all time against the Skins.

And Dallas and the Giants being at Arrowhead, I think we’re looking at a sweep of the NFC East. Pretty cool it’s all 4 in a row this year.

We’ve got a good chance to clean house against our AFC West rivals too. And, of course, against the 2 hapless Ohio teams. And we will get revenge against Fuballo and rock TO.

The 3 games that worry me the most are Baltimore and Jax on the road, and Pittsburgh at home. But as someone pointed out, it could be a good thing we get the Ravens right away. Before they are in sync. Just like we nearly upset the Pats on the road last year. But had we played NE later on it could have been worse since they played hot in the second half of the season.

In any case we all agree we’ll be better than last year’s 2-14. I think SIGNIFICANTLY better. I’m excited for a good and possibly great season this year. Same with the Royals. I think the boys in blue and red are both back and good things are ahead. Maybe 2009 is a bit early for them to be in the playoffs or championship. Maybe not. But in any case, they will both keep getting better. By 2010 or 2011 Kansas City will be the nation’s sports powerhouse again!

    I can’t wait for September 27th!

in reply to: Jared Allen 8 sacks, Chiefs whole team – 6! #858649

I read today in one column today on the Chiefs reminding about Derrick Thomas having seven sacks in one game. Which is more sacks than the entire Chiefs have this year in eleven games.

But the rest of the NFL still owes the Chiefs defense a debt of gratitude for taking out Tom Brady for the season! Heh, I know it was a clean hit and Brady just came down in a bad way.

One thing always special about a Chiefs and Bills game is that the Bills were the ones playing the Chiefs the first time I ever saw a Chiefs game on tv. In 1973 at age six I was watching the Chiefs and Bills on MNF with my dad. Loved the Chiefs name, logo, and colors. They’ve had my heart ever since.

Heyyyy, Charley Casserly of CBS Sports predicts the Chiefs win this week (as does all 5 of CBS expert picks). In their preview and analysis of the Chiefs game, Casserly says Arrowhead is a tough place to play, it’s sold out, the Chiefs are playing inspired football, Buffalo is really struggling, Trent Edwards isn’t likely to snap out of it, Buffalo is making a lot of turnovers, and the Chiefs are 2nd in the NFL in turnovers. They also praised the job Thigpen is doing. And Jason Horowitz said the fans in Kansas City are amazing. He said they are among the best fans in the NFL! Take out that word among!

Chiefs will rock the Bills this week! To quote Len Dawson from 1970, “The Chiefs are the best football team in the UNIVERSE!!!!!”

Like last week’s game against the Saints, this game is pretty much a toss up. Bills are just a slight favorite (3 points).

Ah, buck fuffalo! Chiefs will pulverize them!

I’m pretty convinced it’s tongue-in-cheek. Has to be.

Or since this is regarding a punter, maybe the way to put it is –> Hardcore is pulling our leg. haha

Dustin really is one the best punters. We’ve often jokingly tried to console ourselves the past 2 years here on the fact that we have a pro Bowl punter that can regularly kick 50yd plus punts. He has been injured of late, as mentioned, and even missed a game or two recently. That’s the only reason his numbers may not be as impressive as usual. He is excellent. That’s one position we do not need to worry about.

And the crappy Falcons have never even had a winning record for 2 years in a row. That goes over 40 years. Pathetic team you bozo Falcon fan!

And you give only 2 hours for a response to your thread before doing a 180 and making a creep of yourself?? Doofus.

There’s something I was wondering. Maybe some of you can give some insight on it. You know how from time to time we hear of Bill and Hillary campaigning with and/or for Obama? Well why doesn’t any of the GOP candidates like Mitt Romney and Rudy Guiliani campaign on behalf of John McCain? I would think that would be a boost for McCain, especially from Romney having the economy as his strong suit. And why aren’t there any other of the Democrat candidates campaigning for Obama like Kuchinich, Dodd, etc. (I know why John Edwards isn’t campaigning for him!).

You never hear anything from these former candidates anymore. Just the Clintons. The only thing I can think of is that it might require spending their own money to campaign and travel for the presidential candidates. But if that’s the case then why do the Clintons consider it in their best interests to campaign for Obama?

Well McCain did finally come out swinging last night. Now we’ll see if it makes a difference in the polls.
