One thing always special about a Chiefs and Bills game is that the Bills were the ones playing the Chiefs the first time I ever saw a Chiefs game on tv. In 1973 at age six I was watching the Chiefs and Bills on MNF with my dad. Loved the Chiefs name, logo, and colors. They’ve had my heart ever since.

If Brandon is back in the game( jeez, I guess I better clarify with THIS roster, right? )…

If Brandon Flowers is back in this game, he and Carr or Surtain could potentially have a very big day. Buffalo’s QB has been way erratic as of late, and as we all saw before, you go ‘Gunslinger’ with those guys; you get burned.
    Can’t wait!

Like I have always said, nothing wrong with criticism, but it is ****ing ridiculous how down people get on others. I am just trying to post one positive thread about an upcoming game and I have to hear how we suck here too. its an old ****in song

Canada, I’m with you man. This whole clusterfart tears on your soul after a while, and you gotta’ be able to hold your head up in any way possible.

Props and rep for keeping it +

All – I’ve been offline a long time, just had a few minutes down time and dropped by to check out serious chatter on the Chiefs. Then I see this thread. Looks like the site crapped out if a guy who knocks it 55+ yards on occassion is being picked out because his average is low (hmmm, could that be related to the number he drops inside the 20?) and is hurt for a few games.

Too bad – there used to be some intelligence here…

    :-)

Does somebody else wanna’ take this one? I’ve already met my “release the hounds”-quota for the next 24.

I’m pretty convinced it’s tongue-in-cheek. Has to be.

Before I opened it up, I thought we were about to have another “Colquitt Sarcasm”-thread.

We got problems, but Colquitt isn’t one of them.

If you expected any other response from launching a attack on Canada’s fandom, and wishing terrible things on him, you will lose. So just do some research before you post or respond to posts. You started this thread by attacking members that have been around longer than you.
I do not think there is any or very many members that are liking hermie, and I do not think any like cp, who is the real problem.

    WORD.

Let’s just let Herm’s pre Chief W/L record do the talking. I do not have it with me at the moment but I have seen it several times, and it is ABYSMAL.

    1. I do bag on Pollard, although I feel bad for him as he’s exactly wrong type of SS for the Cover 2 Herm’s trying to run.

    2. Herm coached (or at least didn’t ruin) a good quarter and a half, and then promptly fell apart. His playcalling in the end of the second quarter, and through the whole second half, was abysmal.

    3. I bagged on Herm for last week’s game, the six weeks before that, and the two years before that. Worst coach in the NFL.

This post is DCS-Approved; rep added!

That son of a b*tch is out of his element and couldn’t coach a little league team. Get him out now, please. It’s getting harder and harder for me to tune in every week.

HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO WIN A GAME. He cannot do it. He gets on the cusp of actually winning, and then here comes the laxed play-calling. Here comes the BONE HEADED BULLSH*T bizarro-land screen pass on 3rd and 1 inside the 10 yard line when Jamal Charles was lighting up the D. This is horrible. There’s absolutely no one, NO ONE to blame for this loss but the coaching staff.

Yep; time for the DCS Prophetic Mantra, feel free to sing along!

If you think that by ganging up on me, that your combined “skills” have the ability to get under my skin and make me pack my bags; You are very mistaken.

You aren’t that good, not by a longshot.

There’s something I was wondering. Maybe some of you can give some insight on it. You know how from time to time we hear of Bill and Hillary campaigning with and/or for Obama? Well why doesn’t any of the GOP candidates like Mitt Romney and Rudy Guiliani campaign on behalf of John McCain?
Outside of the Conventions, many elected Officials are working on their OWN campaigns, or backing their replacements. Congress is where the majority of the power lies, and it’s also where you make your money. If you’re chosen to be a part of Committees that wield significant, and Nation-Shaping, Economic-Shaping power and influence, just open your wallet and let the tide roll in.

I would think that would be a boost for McCain, especially from Romney having the economy as his strong suit. And why aren’t there any other of the Democrat candidates campaigning for Obama like Kuchinich, Dodd, etc. (I know why John Edwards isn’t campaigning for him!).

At this stage in the game, absolute and reliable control must be maintained. Any slip-up’s, flubs, or unintentional mistakes by a supporter or political colleague can spell disaster to a candidate, even if they lead by a wide margin.

You never hear anything from these former candidates anymore. Just the Clintons. The only thing I can think of is that it might require spending their own money to campaign and travel for the presidential candidates. But if that’s the case then why do the Clintons consider it in their best interests to campaign for Obama?

The Clinton’s have a vested interest in seeing Obama elected to Office. Bill is working on his last policy-oriented, and world-wide initiative. Obama will give him the support he needs in the US.
Hillary has proven that she can compete for the Party Nomination against the most gifted candidate the DNC has had since Kennedy, and she want’s to be Obama’s eventual successor.
