It appears that Jasper is about 40 miles, or so, North of Joplin.

It is a Ghostly town, but friendly, I think.:lol:

It is about 20 miles north of I-44 on Hwy 71. Carthage is about half way between them and yes it is a small town.

I have lived here all my life, not even that far from Jasper, and have never heard of it~
