Does anyone else think its a croc that Dante only got 30 days in jail 2 years house arrest (still allowed to play) 8 year probation and only one year suspension from the league for killing a guy while drunk driving. it should have been a harsher punishment. These guys get to easy of a break, and the judges handing down the punishments should be hung by thier little toes lathered in honey and hung out side a bears dens.

Even though I agree with you that anyone that kills another human being while drunk driving should be given very harsh treatment, the system is based around the Gov making money from these sort of crimes and when a man has the kind of money that a football player has , they can simply buy their way out of the situation and most likely get a leaniant punishment. It isn’t right nor is it fair to the family that lost their loved one but this is a prime example of it right here.Drinking is one of the worst things that has ever been legalized in the history of mankind IMO , I am sure others will disagree however if it were for the availability of the alcohol things like this would not happen so much.

    He is suspended

His punishment outside jail was ok with me the jail time is what caught me. But then i watched a espn E 60 on him speaking for the first time. He came across really remorseful and on the same note the judge sealed a video that clearly shows the man jumping out in front of stallworth. So regardless he is banned for a year from football and a man has passed. I dont think either got what they wanted and i imagine stallworth replays that day over and over and over in his head daily.
